My Philosophy
As a Person Centred counsellor and psychotherapist I believe that our sessions can offer a space for my clients to discover their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, I am here to help you achieve that.

I am a Person Centred counsellor, Psychotherapist and NLP Practioner, I am happy to work with you to help navigate life's challenges. I have a background in psychology, counseling, and the arts. which allows me to provide a holistic approach to therapy.

If you are looking for Counselling it can be 1 to 1 as a family, couples or group therapy. Together we can work through your problems, anxieties, stress, illness, identity, relationships, debt, grief, trauma or somthing else. Together we will work with any problem you bring. I have experiance working with Adults, Teenagers and neuro diverse adults and young people.
