I am a Person Centred counsellor, Psychotherapist and NLP Practioner, I am happy to work with you to help navigate life's challenges. I have a background in psychology, counseling, and the arts. which allows me to provide a holistic approach to therapy.

Together we can work through your problems, anxieties, stress, illness, identity, relationships, debt, grief, trauma or somthing else. Together we will work with any problem you bring.
